Hi, I'm Mike.

I’m a graphic designer specialising in branding and brand identity design, helping startups and growing businesses across the East Midlands, Leicester, Derby and Nottingham, build clear, effective brands that attract the right audience and position them more strategically.

With a strong background in lithographic and digital print, I make sure your branding doesn’t just look good, but actually works in the real world, whether that’s online, in print, or across your day-to-day marketing.

I also work with agencies as a freelance designer, supporting a wide range of projects, from branding and campaigns to print, artwork and general studio output. I’m available for freelance and agency support, whether you need an extra pair of hands or someone to slot into your team and get things moving.

About me.

When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me indulging in one of my many creative passions. Interior design has been a big focus since buying my first home, which I lovingly renovated from top to bottom, knocking down walls, building kitchens, and adding cosy finishing touches. I’ve now moved on to a much more challenging project: a 200-year-old listed building, which I absolutely love.

The biggest love in my life is my Goldendoodle, Whoopi (yes, named after Whoopi Goldberg!). She’s a big, bouncy ball of joy, and we spend our weekends on long walks chasing squirrels (well, she does the chasing, not me).

I’m a big fan of films, trips to the cinema, and discovering new restaurants. I love music festivals and can’t wait to return to Glastonbury. There’s something special about live music. Travelling, ticking destinations off my bucket list, and the magic of a West End show all inspire me, both personally and professionally.
